Introduction
Replimat frames automatically square and true themselves when assembled with tri joints. Replimat parts are manufactured to tight tolerances which result in a tight fit.
Challenges
Installing additional parts into projects which have already been tightened up can sometimes result in binding, tight fits, or hard to reach areas.
Approaches
When building a Replimat project, it's important to loosely bolt as many parts together as possible before tightening them all up. Start tightening with tri joints.
