- communicates with every project participant leading up to meetings
- reserves meeting space
- orders food and drinks
- Production
- maintains focus on production
- identifies production obstacles
- feeds machines
- CAD
- (re)draws parts, techniques, and projects using NopSCADlib
- develops VR CAD (Oculus Quest 2 suggested)
- ensures coordination with wiki
- Documentation
- Photographs relevant events, projects, people, techniques, parts, materials, etc.
- Creates stubs in the wiki for new developments, interviews developers to fill them out
