Replimat [[:frames|frames]] automatically square and true themselves when assembled with [[:tri_joints|tri joints]].  Replimat [[:parts|parts]] are manufactured to tight tolerances which result in a tight fit.

Installing additional parts into projects which have already been tightened up can sometimes result in binding, tight fits, or hard to reach areas.

When building a Replimat project, it's important to loosely bolt as many [[:parts|parts]] together as possible before tightening them all up.  Start tightening with [[:tri_joints|tri joints]].
